I was served by Ronnie, who took his time to ensure I got the exact outcome I wanted. He was very patient with helping me design it, and talked me through the process. He went the extra mile, working right up until closing, to have it completed for me. I was truly happy with the final product, and with his friendly, kind, & knowledgeable service. My wife and I came in to get a couple of shirts for our son and Amon was working. My wife and I used to be retail managers for a few different stores in White Oaks Mall and we both agreed that we would hire this man immediately. He even worked for one of the stores we used to manage and we don’t know how that store let him get away.Amon showed exemplary customer service. He had extensive knowledge about his job and the product. He gave us multiple suggestions and options to best suit our needs. We came out more than satisfied with how the shirts turned out and made a new connection at the mall. We’ll be going to Amon every time we need new shirts!10/10 service!
I went into TShirt Time to get memorial shirts done for a dear friend of mine and the guys were great in suggesting colors and designs with what I wanted on the shirts. They were very helpful and corrected a little flaw in one of the shirts. They were awesome! I recommend going there!

Great service. Albeit I only use the website for custome designs paired with in store pick up. The one time I needed help from customer service, they got back to me asap and fixed the issue I had. My last order, apparently I had uploaded a bad quality design and got a call back from the store asking me to send a higher resolution design. They didn't have to reach out but they did. Quality company.
My experience there was amazing, the assistant manager there was unbelievably helpful. She was very patient and helped me design a shirt for my child who also loved his experience there because of Karina's helpful and positive attitude. Would 10/10 recommend people to come when she's working. Give her a damn raise.
We determine the pricing based on the cost of the specific product, the printing method, and the number of shirts required for your order. Everything is calculated automatically through the site.
Yes, each piece of apparel has a size chart. You can find the chart on the respective product page.
Garments are sized by suppliers. Size charts are available on the product page. Please note that individual garments may vary from the size charts. We are not able to process refunds for garments that do not fit based on expectations.
Artwork size and positioning cannot be guaranteed. We attempt to use artwork sized as supplied, however, we may reconfigure artwork to fit within our production parameters.
If an artwork contains proprietary logos, brands, characters, etc., we reserve the right to remove those elements and print the remaining graphic without them. Should we determine that there is a possible issue or infringement, then we will contact you about the artwork in question.
Yes, on almost all items. Our customization tool will show what products can have printed sleeves, and which not.
