I'm a first time customer and came today to get an image printed on an apron. Mirka was very happy, patient, and attentive to detail. I visited T-shirt Time for the first time today inside the Pen, and I can't express how impressed I am with them. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly informative and friendly staff member. Although I didn't catch his name, his dedication to helping me find the perfect custom print was exceptional.I initially had doubts about whether they offered custom printing at all, I just sort of wondered in but the staff member patiently walked me through all the options.What truly stood out was his attention to detail and consideration for my 10-year-old son who was with me. I allowed my son to browse the design booklets they have set up around the store and he quickly guided my son to child-friendly materials and steered him away from potentially inappropriate designs, which I greatly appreciated as a parent.Throughout the process, I never felt rushed. I was encouraged to try different sizes, and the staff member provided genuine compliments on my choices, making the entire experience feel personalized and enjoyable.Overall, this place exceeded my expectations with their customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom prints. Since this being my first time I cant say if the prices are competitive in the market but it felt fair to me.Now since I rushed here to write this review only time will tell if the quality of the two shirts we bought hold up over time. If they do, I will for sure be visiting again when sweater weather comes around.
Friendly, fast and great service. The quality and ease of getting a logo converted for embroidery and the final product is top notch. Compared to the non service at their hat competitor that does embroidery next to them at Fairview – I thank you for your quality service giving me a solution and great product.

The guy's at T-shirt time are just amazing!!!!! The customer service, attention to detail, also ensuring you get the best product is taken very very serious!!! It's been a life changing experience for me because they were able to create emoji shirts of my daughters, also special people who have passed away , giving me the ability to respect these people in the most proper way, literally putting their crest on my heart with their designs. I have made over 10 shirts now with them and continue to throw out clothes out that seem unnecessary, now that I have met them. The last time I went to the store, I came in with a simple design and the owner took time with me (when he did not need too) giving me significant advice on how to enhance the design to get the best of the shirt, and that was exactly what happened it was so good that I will make a series of that shirt now. If you need designs done these are the people you deal with hands down no question!!!!

Awesome experience, the cashier was really nice and got the exact print I wanted in record time. I forgot to ask for her name but she was really sweet and had long black hair. 10/10 would recommend out of any other store.

We determine the pricing based on the cost of the specific product, the printing method, and the number of shirts required for your order. Everything is calculated automatically through the site.
Yes, each piece of apparel has a size chart. You can find the chart on the respective product page.
Garments are sized by suppliers. Size charts are available on the product page. Please note that individual garments may vary from the size charts. We are not able to process refunds for garments that do not fit based on expectations.
Artwork size and positioning cannot be guaranteed. We attempt to use artwork sized as supplied, however, we may reconfigure artwork to fit within our production parameters.
If an artwork contains proprietary logos, brands, characters, etc., we reserve the right to remove those elements and print the remaining graphic without them. Should we determine that there is a possible issue or infringement, then we will contact you about the artwork in question.
Yes, on almost all items. Our customization tool will show what products can have printed sleeves, and which not.
