  “Great service. Albeit I only use the website for custome designs paired with in store pick up. The one time I needed help from customer service, they got back to me asap and fixed the issue I had. My last order, apparently I had uploaded a bad quality design and got a call back from the store asking me to send a higher resolution design. They didn't have to reach out but they did. Quality company.”

  “I recently visited T-Shirt Time at Fairview Mall in the West Island, and I had an amazing experience! I met Nathaniel, also known as Nathan, who was incredibly helpful and patient. I emailed him the design I wanted for embroidery on a hat, and he brought it to life on his computer, showing me exactly what it would look like. What impressed me was his expertise and attention to detail – he was able to download images and create a precise replica of what I needed.

  T-Shirt Time's process was seamless and efficient. Nathan's courtesy, friendliness, and mastery of the computer made the experience truly exceptional. The hat was specifically designed for someone special and Nathan delivered exactly what I wanted in terms of quality and embroidery.
