He took the time to revise some of my design files when certain fonts were too thin to show up well on the canvas texture. He modified them on the spot and made sure everything looked perfect.

  Saed was fast, friendly, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across people in customer service who truly care and go the extra mile. He had a kind heart, made the whole experience stress-free, and I really appreciated his professionalism.
