  “I was looking for a place to print custom embroidered crewnecks and truly struggled to find a quality printer that could do small quantities! I wanted to make some fan-made design for my partner who goes to school at a program for personal use as a gift. I accidentally uploaded two designs and my invoice was showing the incorrect one, so I emailed the company, they made adjustments and at the end of the day despite some confusion on communication, their customer service team worked together with me to make me happy. This company truly focuses on putting their customers' happiness first and I could sense that human warmth from their communication. They are not only a business, they are kind and caring humans who strive to deliver a quality product. And I can testify, their embroidery quality is amazing. The color and print quality is unlike any I have ever seen. Even comparing to the official school ones, T-Shirt time's print quality is 10000% better than any product the school officially sells. If you imagine it, they can print it and bring it to life, even in small quantities for personal gifts. They are also the most reasonably priced, especially for the quality. Their turnaround is also so much faster than any other printer I have worked with before. If you send them an email, they have quick and polite responses hoping to work together with you on your questions or concerns. Unfortunately, due to my partner's program being small, I cannot upload a picture of the product to stay anonymous. Regardless, I highly recommend this company not only for their superior pricing/product quality/turnaround time, but also for their warm and welcoming customer service team and communication.”

  “I love this place! I had such an amazing experience working with T-Shirt Time, specifically with Yoan. I placed an order of apparel for a student club and Yoan was fantastic throughout the whole process, from the email correspondence to the production of the clothes. We got a bulk order of various apparel pieces and each one turned out so awesome, everyone was really happy! Yoan made sure we were happy with our order through effective communication, support and understanding. We were able to get really good rates and receive our order with a very fast turnaround time. I would highly recommend this place for any embroidery or printing needs!!!”
