  “Good overall. I had about 30 shirts printed in the last year and they're all in good shape a year later. The only issue I have is with the manager (or owner) of the store. When I deal with the regular employees the prices are straight forward, consistent and clear. The employees charge 15$ for a store logo and 20$ for a custom logo. When the manager is there he charges 20$ for a store logo and 25$ for a custom logo. Since I started going there they've always given me a 10$ gift card for the next visit, which I've used about 4 times. On my last visit the manager said I have to buy a store bought t-shirt to redeem it. On my last 4 visits I always brought my own t-shirts and they redeemed the gift card every time. I'm not looking for a deal or discount but the managers salesmanship is a turn off. When I mention the discrepancy, the manager always says, "I'll talk to my employees". Generally the t-shirt printing business can be sketchy price wise (price per letter, size, color etc.). T-Shirt Pros is one of the better stores. I'll be back to T-Shirt Pros but it bothered me enough that I'm going to check out T-SHIRT TIME in Point-Claire the next time I need some printing to see what kind of service and prices I get. I wasn't going to make a review but T-Shirt Pros sent me an e-mail requesting a review, so why not here it is.”
